            One of the main objectives of the Faculty is to meet international standards in research, both clinically and basically. In October 2002, the dental research center was established and a grand opening ceremony was presided over by Her Royal Highness Princess Galayani Vadhana Krom Luang Naradhiwas Rajanagarindra. The dental research center is composed of eight research units, the Oral Microbiology, Oral Biology, Molecular Biology, Clinical Research, Public Health Science, Growth and Development, Dental Materials and Diagnostic Science Units.
